As we approach winter solstice, the Moon and Jupiter compose a wide conjunction trining Saturn in Scorpio. This is a great deal of emotion (like clouds holding accumulated tears), feeling the sadness in the world (even though we may be unaware of the grief of poverty, homelessness, and the war-torn across the globe), as well as deep (Scorpio) personal wounds.
Concurrently, Venus (planet of love) is in Capricorn, which is not a planet of feeling, opposing Cancer with its practicality about matters of the heart. This may stir up some confusion, inability to decide on a mate, or even something as simple as a gift for someone.
Meanwhile, anger is still in the air -- with Uranus continuing in fiery Aries -- and Sun and Mercury in Sagittarius. These fire signs can bring on sudden eruptions, and urge speed. Whereas, Capricorn cautions taking it slow and being thoughtful.
It is a time to use Capricorn's thoughtfulness to examine emotion before releasing it.
But in private, pent-up Cancerian emotion needs to be released slowly before the cloud bursts like a pinata if/when someone says the word, or does something, that releases it all at once.
