There are no transits through Libra now. Libra is justice.
Most Libras will fight for justice and try to be just themselves. I know. I have significant Libra planets, and few things can ignite anger in me like injustice: the powerful taking advantage of the poor; corporations and governments crushing individuals who are unable to speak for themselves; countless homeless blamed for their condition rather than the political system that has made it impossible for them to overcome desperate straits; and those individuals (payday lenders, multilevel marketers, etc.) who have no qualms about profiting from the less fortunate.
I would not expect justice at this time, especially with the other planetary configurations I've described in my last few posts. And if there is justice, it could be ambivalent, and very hard-fought.
