Astrology: Self-Compassion Helps Heal Planet

Although the danger of Pluto square Uranus has not subsided on the planet (as evidenced by revolution and seemingly thwarted attempts to dismantle corrupt power structures), and we continue to feel its hard aspect personally, expect some relief as Venus joins Mercury in Aquarius. Aquarius is a humanitarian sign, and its dual presence could uplift us as well as bring enlightenment, solving persistent problems.
Meanwhile, Mars and Venus continue to be square, which means tension in personal relationships has not subsided.
There is, however, the presence of several water planets, which soothe like a stream flowing over rocks.
Jupiter, for instance, continues in Cancer, softening some of the harsh Uranus-Pluto and Mars-Venus squares.
And Saturn in Scorpio encourages delving into the subconscious for solutions that will come through dreams, or sudden insights while we're involved in other activities.
Finally, the Sun in Pisces is conjunct Chiron, the wounded healer.
In general, Chiron in our personal charts is paradoxical because it brings luck to those who meet us. And this luck is in the very areas of our lives where we have been most wounded and are most in need of this luck we bring to others.

But now, with the present transit, Sun-Chiron's conjunction in Pisces heals our own wounds by encouraging
             Self-Compassion.
And as Buddhism has maintained for centuries, being compassionate with ourselves will naturally heal others and uplift the collective.
