Pragmatic is the most-looked-up word of 2011. For various reasons, including the current President of the US professing to be "pragmatic," it is a word of interest. But does it say much? Could it be, instead, another descriptive term defining the nebulous, defying definition.
The moon in Virgo describes an approach to emotion that is controlled, not laden with feeling, can be critical (both of self and others), health conscious, and pragmatic.
So we have a sky that is progressively unemotional. On a collective (or social group) basis, this could create reason and the ability to find solutions in an unheated manner. However, it can also bring lack of resilience, being entrenched in certain positions, unwillingness to work with others to bring compromise, polorized groups, and a cold lack of feeling coupled with excessive criticism.
Better to use Virgo's concern for health, dispassionate nurturing, and care of the earth and its creatures. Now that's pragmatic.
